Part of dating a world-famous rock star is getting to go on tour. And Paris Hilton has (other than Prague) enjoyed herself while on tour with boyfriend Benji Madden.

Last Wednesday she was spotted leaving the Sanderson Hotel in Central London, sporting a Ferrari baseball cap and a Union Jack (UK flag) track jacket, paired with red track pants. Although it was a big shocking that she was sans her BM ring.

On Friday, the hotel heiress was out and about with Benji as they arrived in Gilgamesh restaurant in Camden for a late (11:30) dinner. From there, they hit up Crystal nightclub where they danced the night away, eventually leaving around 3:30am.

Earlier this week, Paris made some pretty unflattering comments about former BFF Kim Kardashian’s booty, comparing it to “cottage cheese inside a big trash bag,” during a radio interview.

But she’s since made amends. Hilton told press, “I was just joking around and I made a stupid joke. I felt really bad afterward, so I contacted Kim and apologized. It was a silly thing to say. Kim’s hot!”

And Kim seems to be over it. “Paris and I have been friends since we were kids, and I’m glad she made the effort to say she’s sorry.”

Jay-Z reportedly held a bachelor party in Canada on Wednesday (02.04.08) ahead of his rumoured wedding to Beyonce Knowles.

The record executive mogul threw a private party at Toronto hotspot Lobby after performing in the city, but onlookers said it looked more extravagant than a standard bash.

One onlooker commented: “It looked like a bachelor party because soon the doors were closed to all but the immediate guests. Jay-Z was laughing and happy and talking to everyone around him. It was amazing how many girls were flirting with him, but he was just being nice to everyone.”

Jay-Z and Beyonce - who have been dating for six years - are said to be planning to tie the knot in New York today (04.04.08).

The date is believed to have special significance to the celebrity pair, who seems to have a fondness for the number four.

Beyonce celebrates her birthday on September 4 and Jay-Z was born on December 4, the couple also have matching ‘IV’ tattoos on their ring fingers - the Roman numeral for four.

The music superstars have taken out a marriage license in Westchester’s Scarsdale Village, People.com reported Tuesday.

The pair reportedly got the license yesterday morning, which means the earliest they could get hitched is Wednesday. Otherwise, it’s good for 60 days anywhere in New York State.

A spokeswoman for Beyoncé refused to comment, and Jay-Z’s rep couldn’t be reached.

The Destiny’s Child diva and the rap mogul have been an item since 2002, and rumors that they plan to make it legal have been heating up.

As the Daily News reported this week, while Beyoncé was out of town filming an Etta James biopic recently, Jay-Z met with her younger sister, Solange, at Miami’s Delano hotel.

Sources said the topic of discussion was popping the question to Beyoncé - and asking her manager-dad’s permission for her hand in marriage.

As the fifth anniversary of Madonna and Britney Spears’ kiss at the MTV Video Music Awards nears, it seems fair that the subject of Spears would come up in the course of Madonna’s interview with Vanity Fair’s Rich Cohen.
However, if events played out exactly as they appear in the magazine’s April cover story, Madonna didn’t even give Cohen the chance to pose a pointed question on the subject matter of Spears.
“Yes, I know. I know exactly what you’re going to say. It’s very painful,” Madonna, who turns 50 this summer, told Cohen when she sensed Spears was coming up. Cleverly, she answered the would-be question in the context of a subject she’d rather shed light on, Africa.
“When you think about the way people treat each other in Africa, about witchcraft and people inflicting cruelty and pain on each other, then come back here and, you know, people taking pictures of people when they’re in their homes, being taken to hospitals, or suffering, and selling them, getting energy from them, that’s a terrible infliction of cruelty. So who’s worse off? You know what I mean?”
The enigmatic Material Girl is rarely portrayed as thoroughly as she is in this issue of Vanity Fair. Madonna’s answers seem candid, and maybe a little humorless if your mind’s eye defaults to an image of Madonna in the ‘80s. Either way, it’s worth the read.

Rihanna kicked off what she’s calling “A Girl’s Night Out” in Chicago on Wednesday, performing on stage for 40 minutes at Vision nightclub.

For her charity, The Believe Foundation, Rihanna and Island Def Jam, “got together with a local foundation in three cities and Escada and [the label’s fragrance] Moon Sparkle to sponsor the event,” she told People magazine, adding, “It was amazing.”

“When I was young and I would watch television and I would see all the children suffering, I always said when I grow up I want to help,” she said of why she started The Believe Foundation.

“Not long after I was in the position where I could help. I started to visit all these children’s hospitals and I have a soft spot for kids,” she says. “I just want to help and make sure they are happy. They can come to a Rihanna concert or have toys or gifts at Christmas.”

From here, there are two more concerts planned, the first on March 28 at San Francisco’s Ruby Skye and then on April 9 at New York City’s HighLine Ballroom.

Robbie Williams wants to star in his own cookery show.

The ‘Angels’ singer has become a keen chef after taking private cooking lessons and wants to show off his culinary skills with a TV programme and accompanying book.

A source said: “He has an urge to host his own cookery show and bring out a book with it.”

However, friends are not convinced the star’s calorie-laden menu will offer enough variety for a whole series.

The source added to Britain’s The Sun newspaper: “The problem is, Robbie isn’t exactly the healthiest eater on the planet. Who needs lessons in how to cook burgers and fries? That’s about all he’s interested in.”

It was recently reported Robbie and his actor friend Max Beesley are set to star on a celebrity version of hit UK show ‘Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares’.

If the project goes ahead, the pair will work in a failing restaurant and attempt to turn things round under chef Gordon Ramsay’s ever-watchful eye.
